Dear Resident We have today conducted a warrant under the misuse of drugs act on Leyland Road, Penwortham.
As a result we have located a Cannabis farm at an address with just under a hundred Cannabis plants at the location. Some Pepper spray has also been located at the address.
Two males have been arrested on suspicion of Cannabis Cultivation, possession of a section 5 firearm and Abstracting Electricity. They are currently in Preston Custody awaiting interview.
